随着中国日新月异的发展，越来越多外国人来到中国发展，选择在中国工作生活学习等，外国人在中国工作，请务必要遵守中国的规章制度，遵纪守法，还有一点很重要，一定要按规定取得工作许可和工作类居留证件，才能在中国工作。另外，请千万不要非法就业，非法就业后果很严重，请查看下列相关法律规定了解非法就业的严重后果。
With the fast and great development of China, more and more foreigners come to China for living, working or studying. Please must obey China's low rules and it is very important to get work permit and work type residence certificate according to related regulation. Then, you can work in China. Besides, please don't illegal to find job, the result of illegal employment is very serious. Please see following law regulation about how to punish illegal employment.
法律规定
《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》
第四十一条 外国人在中国境内工作，应当按照规定取得工作许可和工作类居留证件。任何单位和个人不得聘用未取得工作许可和工作类居留证件的外国人。
第四十三条 外国人有下列行为之一的，属于非法就业：
（一）未按照规定取得工作许可和工作类居留证件在中国境内工作的；
（二）超出工作许可限定范围在中国境内工作的；
（三）外国留学生违反勤工助学管理规定，超出规定的岗位范围或者时限在中国境内工作的。
第八十条 外国人非法就业的，处五千元以上二万元以下罚款；情节严重的，处五日以上十五日以下拘留，并处五千元以上二万元以下罚款。
介绍外国人非法就业的，对个人处每非法介绍一人五千元，总额不超过五万元的罚款；对单位处每非法介绍一人五千元，总额不超过十万元的罚款；有违法所得的，没收违法所得。
非法聘用外国人的，处每非法聘用一人一万元，总额不超过十万元的罚款；有违法所得的，没收违法所得。

Law of People's Republic of China on the Adminstration of the Exit and Entry
No. 41 Those foreigners who work in China, need get work permit certificate and work type residence certificate according to rules. Any organizations or persons can't employ foreigners, who don't get work permit certificate and work type residence certificate.
No. 43 These following foreign behaviors belongs to illegal employment.
(1) Those foreigners who do not get work permit certificate and work type residence certificate according to rules.
(2) Those foreigners who working in China beyond the limit of work permit area.
(3) Foreigner students against Work-study Program Adminstration Regulation, work in China beyond the job scope or time limit of rules.
No. 80 Foreigners who are illegal to find job will be fined with 5000-20000 yuan; if situation is serious, they will be detained for 5-15 days, and will be fined with 5000-20000 yuan.
Those people who intruduce foreigners to find a job illegally, will be fined with 5000 yuan for each one intruduced person, but fine is less than 50000 yuan totally. Those organizations who intruduce foreigners to find job illegally , will be fined with 5000 yuan for each one intruduced person, but less than 100000 yuan totally. If have illegal income, it will be confiscated.
Those who employ foreigners illegally will be fined with 10000 yuan for each employed person, less than 100000 yuan totally. If have illegal income, it will be confiscated.
