股份公司三年内2027年6月30日前缴足；有限公司八年内2032年6月30日前缴足，认缴期提前到的，不做调整。

The State Administration for Industry and Commerce has released a draft for soliciting opinions on the transition of paid in registered capital of existing companies: 

a brief summary of the company's full payment within three years before June 30, 2027; The limited company shall make full payment within eight years before June 30, 2032. If the subscription period is advanced, no adjustment shall be made.
