On February 2, 2024, the 25th executive meeting of state council passed the provision on amending some adminstrative regulations. 2024 May 1 start carry out.
If company have 2 years abnormal for industrial and business annual inspections and address abnormal which don't deal with, it will be revoked business license.
根据修改后的《企业信息公示暂行条例》
“企业未按照本条例规定的期限公示年度报告或者未按照市场监督管理部门责令的期限公示有关企业信息的，由县级以上市场监督管理部门列入经营异常名录，并依法给予行政处罚。企业因连续2年未按规定报送年度报告被列入经营异常名录未改正，且通过登记的住所或者经营场所无法取得联系的，由县级以上市场监督管理部门吊销营业执照。
According to 《Provisional Regulations on Enterprise Information Disclosure》
Company don't handle publicity annual report according to this provision deadline or don't handle publicity annual report according to market adminstrative department orderd deadline, they will be pulled into abnormal business operation list by county or over market adminstrative department and give you adminstrative punishment according to law.
Company are pulled into abnormal operation list because of don't handle and submit annual report for 2 years constantly, and don't amend, and the registrated living address or business operation address can't get in touch, it will be revoked business license by county level market adminstrative department.
